Milli Pichardo joined Energy Strategies in 2014. She provides analytical support for the Transmission Planning and Energy Markets as well as the Regulatory area of the firm. Milli collaborates on projects relating to transmission planning, and regulatory rate cases.

Milli facilitates ongoing logistical support by participating in key industry meetings and compiling summaries focused on the client’s key interests and goals.

Milli conducts regulatory research and data compiling. She engages in the discovery process, and assists in expert witness exhibit compilation.

Milli is also responsible for editing weekly reports to large natural gas-using clients, consisting of primarily large industrial and public sector entities. These reports contain detailed market information on natural gas prices, and support Energy Strategies’ clients in purchasing and hedging decisions.
