Malkie Wall joined Energy Strategies in June 2023 as a Consultant. She supports the firm’s transmission and energy markets practice by providing market and policy analysis related to regional energy forums, market participation, and transmission planning.

Shortly before joining Energy Strategies, Malkie received her Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, where she developed a state regulatory strategy for converting idle oil and gas wells into clean energy storage using novel gravity well technology. She also worked with Boston Scientific Corporation to develop credible accounting practices around grid-delivered renewable energy as an EDF Climate Corps fellow. Prior to graduate school, Malkie worked as a Research Associate with the Center for American Progress developing state and federal policy recommendations around job quality in the clean energy sector.
