Justin Farr joined Energy Strategies in 2005 and then returned in 2022. Justin supports the firm’s Energy Policy & Management, Regulatory Services, and Renewable Strategy & Sourcing practice areas.

In between employ at Energy Strategies, Justin worked at PacifiCorp and Magnum Development. His roles at PacifiCorp included Manager of Economic & Financial Analysis where he led teams of engineers and plant managers in developing economic solutions for optimizing existing thermal and renewable infrastructure investment, and as Senior Fuels Administrator where he managed multiple contracts for fuel supply and delivery to PacifiCorp owned and joint-owned generating plants.

At Magnum Development, Justin served as Vice President of Financial Planning and was responsible for all financial and economic modeling in support of the development of salt cavern storage for natural gas, hydrogen, and compressed air.
