Iti Archana joined Energy Strategies in 2025 and contributes to the firm’s regulatory practice. Her work focuses on customer class cost allocation and rate design analysis. She develops cost-benefit models, provides analytical support across a broad range of regulatory matters, and assists in preparing expert witness testimony and related exhibits.

Prior to joining Energy Strategies, Iti spent a decade at NTPC Ltd., India’s largest power generation utility, serving in finance, regulatory affairs, and commercial operations roles. In these roles, she evaluated rate case applications, prepared regulatory filings, supported policy advocacy before the federal electricity regulator, and developed financial models for revenue requirement analyses across thermal and renewable generation portfolios. She also supported financial reporting activities.

Iti holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, India. She is also a licensed CPA in India.
